The Engineering General Practitioners Conference exists to lift the visibility and influence of engineers working across residential development. Residential engineering is not narrow or simple. It requires judgement across land development, three waters, geotechnical matters, fire, structures, durability, constructability, consent pathways, risk, cost and long-term performance.

General practitioner engineers often sit at the intersection of these issues. The conference positions them as the professionals who help turn complex residential projects into safe, practical, consentable and durable built outcomes.
